This program also includes exclusive benefits of our partnered lenders that provide our clients with closing credits. This program includes basic information and tips to improve your credit but does not include full credit services. When you purchase the program, you can receive the homebuyer's course at a discounted price. At checkout be sure to add on the course at the bottom. The course is required and very essential to the success of the program.
What is the refund policy?
We are confident in the effectiveness and satisfaction of our program. However, we do offer a refund for the program subscription, if requested within 30 days of purchase or before your first meeting of the month, whichever comes first. All sales of the First-Time Homebuyers Course are final.
How do I schedule my meeting?
Upon purchasing the program, you will see instructions at your first milestone with instructions to schedule your meeting with a housing coordinator.
